10!

Nathan turned 10. What he really wanted for his birthday was cupcakes at school with his class. His teacher does a circle time where they honor the birthday person by singing happy birthday in English and Portuguese and asking some questions: how old are you (10), what did you like to do when you were 9 (baseball) and what you expect to do when you are 10 (swimming). And then we had cupcakes! This was Nathan's first birthday celebration in the general education class and it went well. His peers are a very nice group of kids and we enjoyed sharing his birthday celebration with them.
