My sweet girl

It's impossible to recount all the amazing, funny and smart things Cianna says. She tells me she wants to be four. When I asked her what people who are 4 get to do, it's "turn 5 and go to kindergarten!"  She doesn't just want to turn 5, though; she's been planning her 4th birthday party since the day after her 3rd and she certainly wouldn't want to miss out on a cake. I'm not in a hurry for her to turn 4 (or 5!) though. Time is already going by fast enough.

She's super helpful with Evan, he loves her and she loves to play with him and make him laugh... Except for the times when she really doesn't want a baby crawling through he game wrecking havoc. She has to be dissuaded from picking him up, especially with one arm around his neck! She's good with taking away choking hazards and with biting off tiny bits of food for him to try. She likes to crawl around the house playing chase with him. She's generally very patient about mommy's attention, understanding that I'm holding the baby, nursing the baby, etc.  She also likes to pretend that she is a baby, but a girl baby, named Sophia or Rosie. She tells me she wishes she had a sister, she wishes we had 10 kids. When she grows up she wants to be a mommy, and a firefighter who takes ballet classes. She also likes to learn about diseases and ailments, she and daddy google this stuff and learn about the Spanish flu, smallpox, etc.  Of course she hears and remembers all kinds of stuff. The other day we had 2 parties to go to but not until the afternoon. She said "mom, you shouldn't tell me about birthday parties because then I get super excited". Ha! Yeah, it's true.

When she's tired, she gets easily emotional and acts like a 3 year old, but other times she's pretty good at handling her emotions and rolling with changes and even disappointments. My sweet girl amazes me every day.
