Recent Adventures

Seems like we've been busy lately; we have not let the very yucky upper respiratory infection we've all shared here recently prevent us from going places and doing things!
While I was working, Nathan and his daddy went to the air show:

We went back to this interesting landscape architecture garden in Sonoma


It's been a while since our first visit, and while these individually designed gardens were pretty interesting to start out with, there has not been much maintenance of them in the meantime. You can see this one is a bit bedraggled:

The next day, Mothers day, we went on a garden tour of the Capay Valley:


The next weekend we were off camping at Morro Bay. It was cold, and Nathan had just started treatment for a sinus infection, plus he was on inhalers for breathing issues. Probably not ideal camping conditions, but we went.


Nathan also met his Great Grandma Betty for the first time that weekend:

We've also been running around photographing ourselves with interesting graffiti and earth art:




But, no, we're not letting Nathan take up graffiti

We then spent Memorial Day weekend up in Humboldt County.


Now we're home for a couple weeks before we embark on more adventures!
